We’re here to help you with whatever you need. From guiding your production to optimise incentives, to on-the-ground fixer to line producing or full service producing, we’ll work with you to get the results that you need. No two projects are exactly the same and our services are scalable, bespoke, considered, and reliable. Whether we’re handling one thing or everything, we’re focused on what’s best for the whole project and how Western Australia can deliver that for you. And we’ll make sure you have a good time making your project here.
It’s in the name: Service Producer.
We’re here to help you navigate, maximise, and secure local and national incentives. We’re experts in the guidelines and compliance, we know the decision-makers, and we’ll do everything required to make it easy for you to optimise the value for your production in Western Australia.
Our partners in corporate legals and tax accountancy are incredibly experienced in in-bound production, having worked with all the major studios and international streamers to have shot in Australia. You can rely on our advice to know if Western Australia is the right fit for your project and your goals and trust in the experts involved in setting up your production to qualify and receive the incentives.
Whether you’re looking to double another place in WA or find unique and remarkable vistas, we know Western Australia inside out and we’re happy to share what we know. From early scouts and virtual surveys; to familiarising or hosting key creatives; to assisting with permits and negotiations, we have done this many times using local knowledge, a director’s eye, and a line producer’s brain to fine the right look and logistics. We’re also happy and qualified to help with aerial imagery and 360 degree virtual environments that feel just like being there.
In some cases we can also help secure funding for location work for in-bound projects with distribution attached.
We can create Budgets and Schedules from scratch, including Amort and Pattern, or assist with localising existing budgets and plans. We are up to date with rates and requirements as well as local crew, service and facility availability.
Overseen by experienced producers, Budgets and Schedules are prepared by experienced Line Producers, 1st ADs, and UPMs experienced in UK and US industries and practices, as well as in Australia’s (of course), and can compare and contrast local and complying international shoot models to help determine what is best for your project.

We know who’s here (and who’s not) and have worked with essentially everyone in the local industry. We’re up to date on rates, availability, and the strengths of different personnel for different roles. We have great relationships across WA and enjoy bringing great work and great craftspeople together.
The WA PDV incentive makes Western Australia a very attractive state for post, and we assist with post-production supervision to help you get the most from the rebate and the companies and artists working here.
Inbound crew and cast need visas to work in Australia, usually a 408 Temporary Activity Visa for production, but often also for early scouts and familiarisation.
The processes of application and approval can be time-consuming but we are very familiar with the character, consultation, employment, and travel requirements and to date have a 100% success rate.
In addition to service production, we are experienced producers and very happy to discuss co-finance and co-production.
Australia has co-production treaties or MOUs with Canada; China; France; Germany; India; Ireland; Israel; Italy; Republic of Korea; Malaysia; New Zealand; Singapore; South Africa; and the United Kingdom.
